Turkey Snitzels

Ingredients:
3 Packages of dark and light Ground Turkey*
2/3 box of Bells Stuffing
1 Bunch of Parsley - Chopped
3 Medium Onions
3 Eggs
1/3 Cup of Milk
Canola Oil

Directions:

Spray the bottom of a baking pan with canola oil

Dice one of the onions
Cut the remaining two onions in half lengthwise and slice crosswise into ¼ inch thick sections

Mix the milk into the stuffing and kneed it a little to soften slightly

Combine the turkey, eggs, diced onion and parsley
Add the stuffing to the mixture
Form the turkey into medium size “hamburger patties”

Heat 1/3-1/2” of Canola oil until it is very hot in a large non-stick frying pan
Slowly add 5-6 patties and scatter some of the onions into the pan letting them land around and on top of the patties

Cook the patties on both sides until they have a nice brown color and transfer them to the large baking pan.  Remove the onions with the patties.

Add oil if necessary and when the pan is hot again, repeat the above steps until all the patties are well browned and all the onions are cooked.

Place the baking pan in a 325 oven and finish cooking the patties.

Serve with ketchup or horseradish sauce.
The patties can be frozen.
